Since moving to this country from a place where having a washer and dryer at home is normal, adjusting to apartment living without that convenience was definitely a change for me. Finding Laundromatic NYC was honestly refreshing. From day one, the service has stood out especially one of the ladies who wears glasses and a hijab. I told her my name once, and she has never forgotten it. That kind of personal touch means so much. It’s rare to find people who genuinely make you feel seen and valued as a customer. I won’t say every interaction has been perfect  I did experience a negative moment with a gentleman there and reported it but this particular staff member consistently goes above and beyond. My uniforms always come back fresh, neatly folded, and never wrinkled or crinkled. I can literally grab any one of them and put it straight on. It’s the little things that make a big difference.
